Australian Waste Management does not feel the need to discuss all of the required skills and experience required, we understand that as a professional with a competitive edge, we trust that you will possess all of the necessary skills and if not, will take the opportunity to promptly learn them all, however we would like to make mention that our ideal Sales Manager will exude motivation, determination to succeed, confidence and the ability to work both autonomously and in a group dynamic.

You will also be eligible for a bonus of up to $100 per week calculated from points earned (or lost) throughout the week based on your performance. This bonus is paid each Thursday to you in your hand and will include a summary outlining all the compliments and complaints received and tallied during that week, regardless of when the event occurred, to ensure you don’t miss out on any.
For ongoing exceptional performance, reliability and outcomes (team members that regularly achieve their full bonus each month), we are happy to discuss salary increases further, including cashing out any excess bonus points you may have accumulated.
